Care Connect Solutions is a senior placement practice led by Anne Recht, a placement advisor who has worked in aging services for over 25 years and has a background in social work. Before focusing on placement, she founded and ran a care management company. Anne helps older adults and their relatives decide whether staying at home is still safe or whether a move to independent living, assisted living or another setting makes more sense. Her process starts with an assessment and a care plan, then weighs location, finances and overall fit before narrowing the list of communities. She speaks with the older adult directly, not only with family members, so the person moving has a real voice in the decision.
