He helps Nassau and Suffolk families compare options such as memory care, assisted or independent living, nursing homes and in-home care. The process begins with a phone assessment of the older adult's needs, followed by a consultation about budget, location and family priorities, and then a written plan with clear next steps. Advisors vet communities in person, check state inspection records for citations, join families on tours, and help with paperwork and negotiations, with follow-up after the move. When a move is not the right answer yet, he explains home care and aging-in-place options. Placement help is free to families, and the office also offers eldercare support for employers and guidance for families worried about an older driver.
